WHERE WE WORK

Our work began in 2006 when we saw a concerning number of children in Angkor Park selling to tourists during the day, missing out on school and their childhood to provide income to their family. For the children lucky to attend school, many came to class sick and hungry.

As we went house to house through 10 villages, we discovered deep challenges: families struggling with food security, adults who had missed education during the Khmer Rouge era, domestic violence tearing homes apart, and communities isolated without roads or clean water. We realized that for children and ultimately families to thrive, we needed to support entire households and communities. From those early lessons, our 4-Year Sustainable village development model was born—addressing education, health, economic empowerment, and peacebuilding together.

From humble beginnings, our organization has grown into a multi-city, multi-commune operation reaching hundreds of families per year.
