Our team flourishes through strong collaboration, uniting dedicated professionals, volunteers, and community leaders who share a common purpose: to empower rural families, enhance education, and develop sustainable pathways for a brighter future for the next generation.

The BFT team members bring professional excellence with a fervour for social change. Whether in the realms of education, healthcare, peacebuilding, or capacity building, our staff and volunteers work tirelessly as a unified group. 

Currently, our team consists of 14 core staff members, 10 part-time and volunteer staff at the Learning and Child Support Center, and 4 English and computer teachers in the village. We also have regular international volunteers engaged in specific programmes.
